Do my pets need to be vaccinated ?

Yes, the annual health check & vaccination is mandatory before any  pets may be boarded.

 

Does my dog need the Kennel Cough Vaccination ?

We strongly recommend the Kennel Cough vaccine, if you choose not to vaccinate against kennel cough, this is at your own  risk and our veterinary insurance WILL NOT cover any veterinary treatment associated with Kennel Cough. We will not admit any dog showing signs of Kennel Cough on arrival.

 

Can I bring my own bedding ?

Yes, you are welcome to bring along your own bedding, please ensure it is suitably labelled to ensure we dont mix it up in the wash. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged bedding.

 

How often is my dog exercised ?

All dogs are exercised 3 times daily, unless the owner requests less exercise. All dogs are exercised individually or in family units, we never mix dogs from different families.

 

What do you feed the animals on ?

We always endeavour to feed your pets the same food as they are used to at home, and approximately to the same routine. Where your pet eats a variety of food that we do not stock, we ask you to bring that in with you, a discount is given if you bring your own food.

 

Can I have a look around?

Absolutely, you may view our facilities between  9am and 5pm any day, no appointment is necessary

 

Are there any discounts for long stays ?

Yes, by default 5% is automatically given for 21 days or more and 10% for 40 days or more. We are always  willing to quote and may be able to give a better discount for longer stays or multiple pets.

 

Will you admininster medication to my pet ?

Yes, we will administer non-prescription medicine as directed by yourselves, prescription medicine will be administered as detailed by your veterinarian. Sufficient medication should be brought for the duration of the stay or to complete a medication course. We do not charge for administering medication,, however if we have to arrange for additional medication a service charge will be added.
