VACCINATIONS. All Dogs and Cats accepted for boarding must be accompanied by a current Vaccination Certificate.  Kennel Cough is strongly recommended but not mandatory, Dogs not vaccinated for Kennel Cough do so at their owners own risk.

CHARGES. Boarding fees are charged by the day, to include the day of arrival and the day of departure. Published charges include VAT, heating and food. If your pet is collected before 10.30am on the day of departure a half day will be discounted for that day. Early collection will incur charges for the full boarding period, unless informed a minimum of 2 days in advance.

EXTRA SERVICES (eg Bathing, Collection etc). These will be priced separately and added to the final account.

PAYMENTS. The payment for boarding fees and other services is due on collection of your pet(s). Payment can be made by cheque, cash, debit or credit cards (a 2.5% charge is made for credit cards).

BELONGINGS. All belongings left on the premises are entirely at the clients risk. Any bedding must be in a clean and parasite free condition, Warley Cross Kennels & Cattery take no responsibility for chewed or damaged bedding. Please note dogs may take toys into the exercise paddocks where they may get mixed with other toys, Warley Cross Kennels will endeavour to track all toys however we take no responsibility for lost or damaged toys.

PET ILLNESS.  Clients must inform Warley Cross Kennels and Cattery of any medical conditions on arrival (ie coughs, sickness, diarrhea). Medical conditions may not prevent boarding but will enable appropriate precautions to be taken.

MEDICATION. Medication will be administered to pets as specified by a Veterinarian. Clients must provide sufficient medication for the boarding period, if additional medication is required the cost of that medication will be added to the clients account. Warley Cross Kennels and Cattery reserve the right to add an administration charge for collection of medication.

FEEDING. Pets will be fed, where possible, with the same diet as 'at home' and nominally at their usual feed times. Where the pets normal food is not stocked clients should provide sufficient 'own food' for the duration of the stay. If this food does not require significant preparation (ie cooking) then a daily discount will be applied to the account.

AGGRESSIVE PETS. Clients must inform staff of any aggressive tendencies (towards other animals or humans) when booking.

PETS SHARING. Pets will only be mixed with pets from the same family and then only if the client specifically details this.

VETERINARY FEES. Veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client and must be paid at the time of settling the boarding account.  Most fees, up to a published limit, can be covered by taking advantage of our low cost daily pet insurance (dogs and cats only).

ESCAPE ARTISTS. Please inform staff of any pets that are prone to escape attempts (eg jumpers or diggers), although the compound is fully secure, additional precautions will be taken for those pets with 'special' skills.

EVERY CARE will be given to the welfare and safety of all pets boarded. Pets are boarded entirely at the client's risk.
